Naugatuck, CT, - February 2, 2012  – Mark C. Yanarella, Chairman and CEO of Naugatuck Savings Bank announced plans to open a Naugatuck Savings Bank branch office at 3670 East Main Street in Waterbury.  The anticipated opening date will be in early spring.
