Official Community Awards Program Rules
Voting in the Naugatuck Savings Bank Foundation’s $50,000 Community
Awards Program is open to customers of Naugatuck Savings Bank.
One vote per customer, however, for accounts with multiple owners, each owner may vote.
Customers with multiple accounts may only vote once. Each customer can vote for only one
organization.
To qualify for the program, an organization must have a current 501(c)(3) non-profit certificate,
or equivalent, agree to spend any grant money locally and receive at least 1% of the vote. The
maximum award is $5,000.
All ballots must be completed and submitted by March 31, 2012. Ballots are available at any of
