Repayment Examples:
5 year- A loan of $10,000 for 5 years at 6.000% APR will have 60 monthly payments of $193.32
10 year - A loan of $10,000 for 10 years at 6.500% APR will have 120 monthly payments of $113.54
15 Year- A loan of $10,000 for 15 years years at 6.750% APR will have 180 monthly payments of $88.49.
20 Year- A loan of $10,000 for 20 years years at 7.000% APR will have 240 monthly payments of $77.52.

Home Equity Line of Credit
The annual percentage rate (
APR
) is equal to prime minus 1% (currently 4.00%) as published in the Wall Street Journal (currently 5.00%). The annual fee of $50 is waived for the first year. Rates are as of March 19, 2008
and are subject to change. Rate cap is 18.00%. Offer is good on owner-occupied 1-4 family residences up to 80% loan to value. Minimum disbursement is $500. Property insurance is required on the property that secures the line. Properties listed or to be listed for sale within six months are not eligible. Prepayment penalties may apply.

Property insurance is required on the property that insures the line. Properties listed or to be listed for sale within six months are not eligible. Prepayment penalties may apply. Loans above $250,000 may be required to be closed by an attorney.
